By accessing or using MarketGambit ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

MarketGambit is a financial market analysis platform that provides algorithmic forecasts, AI-driven macro analysis, and real-time market data. The Service is provided for informational purposes only.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must sign in with a verified X (Twitter) account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You may not use the Service if your X account is suspended or banned.

4. Not Financial Advice

Nothing on MarketGambit constitutes financial advice, investment recommendations, or solicitation to buy or sell any securities or financial instruments. All forecasts, analysis, and data are provided for informational and educational purposes only. Past forecast performance does not guarantee future results. You should consult qualified financial advisors before making investment decisions. Trading financial instruments involves substantial risk of loss.

5. Sponsorships and Payments

• Symbol sponsorships are billed at $1/month per symbol via Stripe.
• Sponsorships are recurring and can be cancelled at any time from your Account page.
• Cancellation takes effect immediately. No partial refunds are issued for the current billing period.
• Sponsors may attach an X post and choose Bull/Bear direction on their sponsored symbol's widget.
• Anonymous sponsorship is available; your X handle and post will be hidden from public view.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Scrape, crawl, or programmatically access the Service without permission.
• Interfere with the Service's operation or other users' access.
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
• Use sponsored symbol posts to distribute spam, misleading content, or market manipulation.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, algorithms, analysis, and design on MarketGambit are the property of MarketGambit. Market data is sourced from third-party providers and subject to their terms. You may not reproduce or redistribute the Service's content without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. MarketGambit is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to financial losses from investment decisions influenced by the Service's content. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data or analysis.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Account page. Active sponsorships must be cancelled before account deletion.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
